About the MAT-PEPAL program
The MAT-PEPAL program is a two-year, 30-credit master’s degree designed for physical educators, classroom teachers, and other school professionals passionate about improving student health, physical activity, and learning outcomes. Courses are delivered online during the academic year, with a two-week on-campus summer experience, making the program flexible and practical for educators nationwide.
Graduates leave the program ready to serve as physical activity leaders—advocating for, designing, and sustaining high-quality physical activity opportunities across the school day.
