The Executive Coaching for Equity Certificate is a professional, non-degree certificate designed for leaders within organizations, school districts, non-profits, and institutions of higher education. Our approach at the University of Colorado Denver is to support working professionals in an engaging, blended format of monthly modules completed through asynchronous and live, interactive virtual sessions. Our research-based curriculum of best practices in coaching is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching competencies. Participants will receive one-to-one coaching from an Executive Coach as part of their professional growth and coaching development.
