The AIM Institute for Learning & Research will host The Intersection of Reading and Writing, its 12th Annual Research to Practice Symposium, on Monday, March 11, 2024. This free, virtual learning opportunity includes live-stream access to learn about the important connection between reading and writing and how educators can incorporate evidence-based research into classroom practice to support skilled reading for all learners. Join this day of free professional learning with literacy experts including moderator Dr. Katie Pace Miles, Dr. Sonia Cabell, Dr. Claude Goldenberg, Reading Comprehension Blueprint author Nancy Hennessy, Dr. Devin Kerns, and neuroscientist Dr. Kenneth Pugh, this year’s Hollis Scarborough Award recipient. Recordings will be provided to all registrants.
