Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Idea Lab

Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to invite you to the second virtual Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Idea Lab on January 29, 2026, from 10 AM to 12 PM.  
 
Hosted by CareerWise Colorado and PEBC, this free, one-day event is designed to help school districts address the educator shortage through a high-quality apprenticeship program.      
 
By attending, you’ll gain:

A clear understanding of the Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Pathway and how to implement it in your district
Clarity on the roles of CareerWise and PEBC as intermediaries and program sponsors
A proven model to help fill vacancies and promote equity in the teaching profession Insights from districts, higher education institutions, and state agencies currently engaged in the pathway
An overview of CDE requirements and the key components needed for a successful program  

 
We recommend that districts bring a team of 2–3 people, including HR representatives, superintendents or assistant superintendents, and implementation specialists.
