Chicago’s neighborhoods play a large role in helping shape the vibrancy of our city and plan an integral part in shaping the lives of Chicago Public School students. On March 19th, join us to learn about the successful community-centered student success model highlighted in the To&Through Project and Enlace Chicago’s recent release Connected Community: Reframing Community Partnerships Around College Success at Enlace Chicago. This brief highlights the work of Enlace Chicago’s College Pipeline Initiative—a unique approach to partnerships, strategies, and student supports that focused on increasing college access and success for CPS students by organizing community strengths around collective systems change efforts in Little Village. Utilizing the voices of community members and practitioners, this session will explore key findings from Enlace Chicago’s approach and the opportunities to hear how Enlace Chicago has continued to build on this framework for their support of CPS students in the Little Village community.

You can also join us for an optional post-discussion conversation after the webinar.
