Colorado Association of Latino/a Administrators and Superintendents – 14th Annual Leadership Conference: “Adelante!”

In Spanish the word Adelante means  “forward.”  Thus, Adelante is the theme of this year’s CO-ALAS Leadership Conference to share how leaders have advanced and addressed leadership challenges. The conference recognizes that as professionals we need to have the confidence to pursue both our personal and professional aspirations and also obtain the support, advocacy, mentoring, guidance, and professional development critical to future success and moving “forward” – Adelante. 

Adelante is focused on how successful educational leaders have moved forward to promote equity, inclusion, and access in their classrooms, schools, districts, and community.  This conference is for all professionals and educators that serve at the school or district level.  It is designed for current leaders, aspiring leaders, and educators planning the next steps in their career.
