Coaching Potentials Early Childhood Coaching Institute Coaching Certificate Program

The Coaching Potentials Coaching Certificate Program facilitates coaching professionals to become secure, compassionate, deep-thinking partners with the capacity for effectively supporting and strengthening human connection.  We believe in elevating human potential in a manner that authentically supports personal awareness and individual responsiveness, thus inspiring sustainable growth and lasting change in staff and systems. Cohort members engage in shared learning and reflective dialogue, exploring and refining evidence-based coaching competencies (ICF) throughout this year-long, comprehensive experience. College credits can be earned through Metropolitan State University.  The program’s diverse participants—representing varied cultures, languages, races, US regions, and perspectives—enhance the learning experience, fostering inclusive relationships and a strong sense of belonging. Coaches emerge equipped with a coaching mindset grounded in behavioral sciences (promoting trauma-responsive practices, nurturing resilience, boosting self-efficacy), and systemic organizational practices.
