Back-to-School Bash at Kensington Library

Join Children’s Literacy Initiative (CLI) for a community-centered Back-to-School Bash at the Kensington Neighborhood Library on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

The event will feature a special read-aloud with CLI’s Literacy Ambassador, Mychal Threets, food, and resources for families to support literacy at home. Parents will receive practical tips and tools to help their children succeed in reading, and there will be t-shirts and local vendors on site.

This free, family-friendly event aims to bring the community together and share in the love of reading. Come experience the joy of reading, meet fellow families, and walk away inspired, equipped, and ready for an incredible school year. All are welcome!
