Agency 101: Connecting Individuals with Disabilities to Adult Services

This free training will review New York State’s adult service agencies for people with disabilities, the services they provide, and their eligibility processes. Representatives from the Manhattan Family and Community Engagement Center (INCLUDEnyc) and these agencies will share information about connecting students with disabilities to essential post-high school options and supports, the benefits of adult agency services, and how to involve your student and IEP team in accessing services. All NYC families & professionals are welcome.
