Join the Marian University Center for Vibrant Schools for our final Speakers Bureau of the year as we explore adolescent literacy and how educators can support students beyond grades K-3 as they transition from learning to read to reading to learn.
Dr. Jamey Peavler will lead the discussion, followed by a panel of educators who will share how best to support adolescent readers.
Doors will open at 3:30 p.m., and the program will begin at 4 p.m. Appetizers and complimentary beverages – including beer and wine – will be served starting at 3:30 p.m.
