A Musical Tapestry: An Afternoon with InCanto Artists
InCanto Artists proudly presents A Musical Tapestry: An Afternoon with InCanto Artists at St. Monica’s Church, 413 East 79th Street, NYC on Sunday, November 24. This free concert is a musical and cultural tapestry of repertoire spanning many genres, cultures and languages, from Mozart to Puccini, as well as Hispanic, Neapolitan and American composers. It features a unique, diverse, and talented group of singers: sopranos Maria Ciccaglione and Cheryl Warfield, mezzo-sopranos Leslie Middlebrook and Anna Tonna, accompanied by pianist Marijo Newman.
InCanto Artists’ mission is to attract new audiences for opera, classical song repertoire from different cultures, as well as musical theater. Coming from diverse backgrounds, InCanto Artists are united in one goal: to present beautiful music of the highest caliber to the community at large.
This concert is a part of the St. Monica’s Concert Series.
