Indiana’s new 9th Grade On Track metric is putting a spotlight on what strong 9th grade transition support looks like in practice. The Center for High School Success (CHSS), a national nonprofit partnering with schools in the state on this work, is hosting a showcase at George Washington High School in Indianapolis on March 26. It’s a chance to see firsthand how one school is approaching high-quality 9th grade supports and to learn about grant funding CHSS offers to significantly subsidize new district partnerships.
