What happens when exit exams like the NY State Regents no longer serve as barriers to high school graduation and college admission? In this final installment of our virtual series WHERE THINKING THRIVES, Michelle Fine of the CUNY Graduate Center will share her research about graduates of NY Consortium schools, where, for over 25 years, students have been waived out of most Regents exams requirements. Dr. Fine will interact with a panel of Consortium school alumni. Come with questions for the Q&A at the end!
WHERE THINKING THRIVES is also the name of the NY Performance Standards Consortium’s latest report.
