Tour Kara Walker: Harper’s Pictorial History of the Civil War (Annotated), a special exhibition of prints and silhouettes that comment on the omission of African American narratives from historical texts that emerged following the Civil War. After the tour, learn how to empower students to respond to history through art.
In-person workshop at the New-York Historical Society on Tuesday, April 4, 4:30-6:30pm.
Participants will receive 2 CTLE hours.
