How were comic books, posters, radio spots, and cartoons deployed to combat bigotry and to champion democratic values in the WWII era? Join curator Debra Schmidt Bach for a discussion about the new exhibition Confronting Hate 1937-1952, which explores how the American Jewish Committee created a multimedia campaign to confront antisemitism, racism, and prejudice in the mid-twentieth century. Moderated by Dr. Kelly Aliano. Facing History and Ourselves will share additional resources for classroom use.

Participants receive 1 CTLE hour.
